Mission:
The purpose of the SCAFP Membership Committee is to help define the organization through the establishment and maintenance of policies and procedures regarding membership eligibility, standards, types or classes of membership, pricing and payment arrangements, benefits, and so on. In most years, the committee will be seeking to grow the size of the membership based primarily on the value of the organization's programs to the Southern California financial community.

Objectives:
Goals for the term
  • Increase membership across the board
  • Increase proportion of practitioners
  • Consider membership recruitment incentives, recommend, and if approved, update membership materials accordingly and work with communications committee to publicize
  • Review membership cost
  • Program for bankers calling on customers to consider SCAFP's role in assisting and educating customer staff
